张氏集团旗下的汉时安保公司2008年在乌干达注册成立，总部位于坎帕拉市，公司主要从事：人防（普通安保人员和武装安保人员），VIP护卫、K9（巡逻警犬），电网，监控和警报系统安装，快速反应应急服务等。
公司目前拥有超过1500人的安保团队(含男性和女性安保人员)，团队中所有人员全部通过了安保培训、考核和评估。公司也拥有独立的培训学校，教官团队来自军警部门退役人员，所有安保人员上岗前，公司都会严格地组织一系列的培训考核评估，培训考核评估内容涉及执勤法规守则、巡逻检查报告机制、紧急情况的处置报告、消防知识、安保器材和武器的使用等，经公司考核评估达标后方能派驻上岗执勤。正是通过严格的培训考核评估机制，在乌干达200多家同行中，我们的服务才能一直处于领先水平。
目前为止，汉时安保的足迹遍布乌干达所有主要城镇，例如古卢，姆巴莱，姆巴拉拉，金贾，恩德培，阿鲁阿，霍马等。
疫情期间，汉时安保公司在做好防护的情况下，不畏艰难，应难而上，确保了所有中外客户的人身财产安全，切实履行了保一方平安的责任，受到了客户及乌政府的一致好评。公司也积极通过乌安保协会向弱势群体捐款，以帮助他们战胜疫情，遏制疫情发展传播。
Hash Security Company, a subsidiary of Zhang’s Group, was registered and established in Uganda in 2008 and is headquartered in Kampala. The company is mainly engaged in: Security guards (normal security personnel and armed security personnel), VIP protection, K9 (patrol dogs) service, electric fence, and CCTVand alarm system installation, rapid response emergency services, etc.
The company currently has a security team of more than 1,500 people (including male and female security personnel), and all personnel in the team have passed security training, assessment and evaluation. The company also has an independent training school. The instructor team is from the retired military and police departments. Before all security personnel take up their posts, the company will strictly organize a series of training evaluations. The training evaluations include regulations and rules on duty, patrol inspection report mechanism, emergency Disposal reports of the situation, fire protection knowledge, security equipment and weapons use, etc., can only be posted on duty after the company's assessment and evaluation have reached the standard. It is through a rigorous training evaluation mechanism that our service has been at the leading level among more than 200 security companies in Uganda.
So far, Hash Security has covered all major towns in Uganda, such as Gulu, Mbale, Mbarara, Jinja, Entebbe, Arua, Homa, etc.
