Restaurant supervisor

Duty:

1、Develop various work systems, service standards, and procedures for the front desk, and guide their implementation

2、Participate in the formulation of the restaurant's annual business plan

3、Supervise the daily work of front desk staff to ensure service quality

4、Regularly organize restaurant employees to maintain various facilities

5、Regularly assess the front desk employees and provide suggestions for rewards and punishments

6、Maintain good communication with the kitchen to reduce unnecessary mistakes

7、Responsible for recruiting and training front desk staff, maintaining efficient operation of the front desk team

8、Timely handle customer feedback and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements:

1、Engaged in the catering industry for more than 5 years, with no less than 2 years of experience as a lobby manager. Possess a deep understanding of the catering industry and work experience in large catering enterprises is preferred

2、Excellent English listening and speaking skills, suitable for use as a working language

3、Have good communication and coordination skills

4、Having a high sense of professionalism and responsibility

5、Have good teamwork and service awareness

Benefits:

Salary negotiable, including food and accommodation, 4 days off per month, salary paid at the beginning of each month, dormitory located in the restaurant, safe and secure, working hours are from 10:00 to 22:00 every day, with a 3-hour lunch break.

The time period is from 10am to 10pm every day, with a 3-hour lunch break.

Restaurant waiter

Duty:

1、Obey the work arrangements of the lobby manager and actively complete daily tasks (such as setting up tables, cleaning tables, preparing spare parts, placing seats, cleaning, etc.)

2、Reception of customers should be proactive, enthusiastic, and polite

3、Familiar with the dishes and characteristics of the restaurant, timely recommend the dishes and drinks of our restaurant to customers

4、Received customer complaints and promptly conveyed them to the lobby manager

5、Accurately record customer orders, place orders in a timely manner, and ensure that dishes are delivered to customers promptly and accurately

6、Handle customer checkout to ensure accurate and error free amounts

7、Responsible for recruiting and training front desk staff, maintaining efficient operation of the front desk team

8、Timely handle customer feedback and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements:

1、Engaged in catering services for more than 1 year

2、Have good communication skills and service awareness

3、Good temperament, no tattoos, healthy body

4、Age not exceeding 30 years old, with a sense of teamwork
