Duty:
1、Obey the work arrangements of the lobby manager and actively complete daily tasks (such as setting up tables, cleaning tables, preparing spare parts, placing seats, cleaning, etc.)
2、Reception of customers should be proactive, enthusiastic, and polite
3、Familiar with the dishes and characteristics of the restaurant, timely recommend the dishes and drinks of our restaurant to customers
4、Received customer complaints and promptly conveyed them to the lobby manager
5、Accurately record customer orders, place orders in a timely manner, and ensure that dishes are delivered to customers promptly and accurately
6、Handle customer checkout to ensure accurate and error free amounts
7、Responsible for recruiting and training front desk staff, maintaining efficient operation of the front desk team
8、Timely handle customer feedback and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
1、Engaged in catering services for more than 1 year
2、Have good communication skills and service awareness
3、Good temperament, no tattoos, healthy body
4、Age not exceeding 30 years old, with a sense of teamwork
Benefits:
Salary negotiable, including food and accommodation, 4 days off per month, salary paid at the beginning of each month, dormitory located in the restaurant, safe and secure, working hours are from 10:00 to 22:00 every day, with a 3-hour lunch break.
