On June 14, 2025, participated in the free clinic activity of the 24th batch of medical teams from China (Yunnan) to aid Uganda in the NAKASEKE area. Counsellor Wang Jianxun of the Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Uganda witnessed the donation of medical equipment from the Liaoshen Industrial Park in China and Uganda to local hospitals, helping to improve the local medical infrastructure.

On December 14-15, 2022, Zhang Group, together with the 22nd batch of medical teams from China (Yunnan) to aid Uganda, conducted a free clinic activity at Jinja Hospital. On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Uganda, Zhang Group has organized or participated in donation activities to local schools and hospitals multiple times.

On November 8, 2022, at the handover ceremony of the renovation project held at the Confucius Institute of MacRae University in Uganda, Zhang Group donated some electrical equipment to the Confucius Institute to improve the teaching environment, which received a good response.

On September 1, 2022, Mr. Zhang Hao, on behalf of Zhang Group, donated an ultrasonic testing equipment HD42 independently developed by China Hisense to the Ugandan Ministry of Health, making contributions to the medical industry in Uganda.

On November 15, 2021, the China Ukraine Liaoshen Industrial Park and the enterprises entering the park donated cash of 71330000 shillings to help restore the beautiful campus of Kapeka Elementary School, which was damaged by a storm.

On March 10, 2021, Mr. Zhang Hao, Chairman of Zhang Group, donated 31500 masks to the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority on behalf of the Liaoning Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. At the same time, Zhang Group donated 8 boxes of masks to the Chinese Embassy in Senegal, all of which were locally manufactured in Uganda.

On March 28, 2020, the Chairman of Zhang Group and the enterprises entering the Liaoshen Industrial Park donated 98 million shillings to the local Kapeika area to help improve the prevention and control of the epidemic.
